i think he needd to play and train with a palyer like gylfi to learn the role more.
thinking about it, he hasnt had anyone specific , like an arteta to learn his trade from.
it would undoubtedly help ross out to get a genuine creative player in.
being a prem footballer isnt always about the physical attributes, its about the mental side too, making key decisions during games and knowing when to up the tempo and slow it down. alot of this comes naturally and isnt coached into you, but certain aspects you can learn, you only learn from playing and training with players who have been there and done it.

If Ross' best form has been shown coming from deep, why not accommodate that?

with snides coming in, then the roll of barkley 'coming from deep' maybe limited, and to be honest he doent do enough of that now, when we have barry and gana in the same team.
he is a frustrtating player, im not saying get rid of barks but its going to be interesting to see where he slots in when koeman has had the summer window too.
We currently require high degrees of magic, lets see some magic Everton.

He doesn't do that because he is played off Rom. With Morgs coming in (to replace Barry) and fresh legs, it might free him up to get on the ball more, especially if he's looking for wide attackers, as opposed to wingers?

Doesn't especially need to be a workhorse (he has improved his pressing work loads!), if there's two guys doing that job for him (Gana and Morgs).
