Spot on McCarthy is the perfect player if you are going to have limited possession in a game. When Ireland played Germany I said to my dad McCarthy he will get man of the match perfect game for him & he duly obliged.

Wether that means we should let him go or not is up to Koeman as I'm still not sure what the plan is regarding our style of play moving forwards.

Since Newcastle tried to screw us for £30m for Sissoko, we should demand £22m for McCarthy. They are keen and will pay it, thus recouping the Schneiderlin money which we can use elsewhere

...I reckon McCarthy might have to force this deal if he wants it to happen. My understanding is if he puts in a transfer request he forgoes his % and we get an extra £2m.
