But we MIGHT play 4 midfielders.

So Gmblammo, Gomes and as you say Davies and Delph for the squad, leaves us with needing 2.

Rabiot and Hames both lefties, we'd have three left footed mid's and three right footed. Unlikely but you never know, I'm more hopeful with Rabiot as he fits the profile of a Brands signing age-wise and was linked in the summer, for me he's exactly the player we need to run the midfield.

Also with the CB's linked, the lad from Carlisle, Braithwaite is left footed as is Salisu from Valladolid who has a buy out at around £10 mil, he's only young at 20 but I think he'd be a good buy, if we ever play three at the back him and Holgate could play either side of Mina, we can then wait until the summer to sign an upgrade for Keane.

Continuing the theme the winger from Roma, Under also a left footer, we probably need a winger, there were reports of a bid from us early in the last transfer window so could be real interest, I got the impression we made a take it or leave it bid, they didn't bite, maybe they've reconsidered?

I’m surprised all the talk of gbamin. He was less than stellar before. now potentially coming off an injury I have little expectations for him. Let alone talking about him being a significant upgrade from siggy, Davies, schneiderlin.

Our midfield is absolutely woeful and we need real upgrades in January and gbamin shouldn’t be one.

I think we can take a LOT of the links with a massive dollop of salt.

Im almost certain I would be an upgrade on what we currently have.

We all have high hopes for Gmblammo, based on not much at all I will admit, but hes defo not the answer, hes a DM, same with Gomes, I love Andre and whilst he will defo improve us hes not what we lack, which is currently somebody to take the midfield, dominate it and spray passes around like a young Pirlo.
