Nailed on Ronnie was the issue. Walsh shouldn’t have been DoF but as a chief scout he definitely has an eye for talent.

I’d go so far as to say the powers that be are not great at employing managers. Carlo is a risk free employment relatively, but when it comes to trying to spot a talented manager who’ve not won multiple champions leagues, they’re pretty poop.
