There is an upside to Abraham for Everton. And that is a loan for Dom to a championship side sometime. There is sterling similarities between the two.

No point signing anyone in January ;-) Tell Silva he uses what his got or u23 squad and wait until summer when we've muppets like Naisse, Stekelburg and Martina gone for good! No matter who we'll sign everyone will moan about it anyway so just go with it ;-) Everyone wants a CB. We've Mina, Keane, Holgate and Gibson so why waste 30 m on a Shawcross or other muppet thats fashion? The league is screwed we'll finish mediocre again so just go with kids until summer

To think Tammy Abraham’s name was mentioned for a potential January transfer not that long ago......not good enough, no thanks Etc etc

Jiménez was allegedly linked before he went to Wolves,not good enough because he was playing and not scoring so many in Portugal. All transfer deals are risk v reward.

We still really need a CB but I think we should down grade on how much to spend, Holgate is looking pretty decent so we have 3 another back up would be good, but I don’t want that getting in the way of Holgate progression.

We have Holgate doing well, who needs Zouma, spend a few million on a 4th choice and stick with what we have at CB. Then we can spend the money elsewhere CM and Striker.

I like what Holgate has done and wouldn't drop him but come summer we should be looking for a long term Mina partner. Preferably someone left footed.

We were rumoured to have bid for Armando Izzo at Torino in the summer, he is a central defender, some say we will be back in for him in January. He has signed an improved contract at Torino recently, but that doesn't mean he can be sold.
