If we get the £5m fee to spend from Spartak for Billy, I would love to see us test Fulham's resolve to keep Dempsey, who has 18 months left on his current contract, maybe a bid of around £5-7m could snag him and he's friends with Donovan, Howard and Hahnemann, so he may be tempted by the move. He would be a fap-tastic signing imo.
