We are the worst team in the league along with Southampton have who since strengthened, everyone above us has as well.

We've not done a single thing, our two strikers have one goal each 20 games into the season.

We honestly deserve to go down, just an utter shambles
Unbelievable that isn’t it

It's really James all over again. He's great. He'll be great. He also is too old and too injury prone to be worth what we'll have to pay to make it happen. It's just not the right time to do this unfortunately.

If only we signed him instead of [redacted] in 2017.
Since when is 29 too old ...jeez.

The ONLY thing that matters is the deal , if the outlay doesn't cripple us it's a very good deal for a quality player.
Hopefully a loan.

No way is it age related.
We are not in the market to buy potential, we have a dire problem that needs sorting ASAP.

Yes and it all stems from the top Moshiri who doesn't understand football and doesn't understand how critical our situation is. This backed up by a dysfunctional board and a DOF who hasnt proved himself here and is largely sidelined. The lack of proactivity for the last two months will be why we go down if we do.

If you're paying 25m 29 is too old

10m is an ok gamble to try and find the goals that keep us on the PL money gravy train. And if he isn't injured now, I'm sure he'll get a calf strain being unveiled to the fans or struck by lightning warming up for his home debut. What we need is some ideas wide left or wide right.
£10m for a 34 year old striker who did ok at Stoke half a decade ago, is an ok gamble. We deserve to go down.
