The fans and the board are both to blame for their undue support of Lampard. He has absolutely had to much time and killed us.

Looking at the table last night it’s to late, I believe we are 70/30 going down
The fans don’t have the power to sack a manager. When we collapsed against Bournemouth, the fans knew it was time but the board didn’t have a clue. How the fans are getting blamed for not sacking him sooner is beyond me. Our ‘undue’ support came from last season keeping us up, as soon as the new season started a clean slate is brought in. The board and the board alone are to blame.

It’s not flash in the pan at all with him.

No chance, they have been waiting for the right moment to unleash him for a while, very highly rated. Buying players from them is not easy as they don't put valuations on individuals, they just wait for offers and the weigh up if they are acceptable or not.

I agree he looks the real deal...but we do never know with these kids. Everton have had loads in the past who pop up do well and disappear.

How much do you reckon they'd accept?

No they don't but none of the fanbase has been very vocal about Lampard apart from social media/phone ins. If there had been a few more vocal shouts actually during games or similar then we might have seen earlier movement on this front. I do think that Lampard got away with a hell of a lot whilst he was here.

When it comes to us I would agree with that but teams like Brighton actually know how to develop young players properly so I would have no worries on this kid tbh. Also I know from an ex colleague who is now part of the setup at Brighton, they WON'T accept any offers on him at the moment, like I said they don't do valuations as such, they prefer to wait for clubs to approach them. It's a much better way tbh.

Totally agree! The second worst point ratio in our history ( I think) but “he got us”.
Our previous managers were certainly better than him but none were given the easy ride he was.
I’m his defence (ironic) he did have far less to spend than most recent managers however , his lack of tactics, plan b, poor subs and man motivation were as bad as you’ll see

Shame, he really did seem like a nice guy.

Well I've watched him since he was 16 and he stood out a mile then, he won't disappear. They also wouldn't sell him to us so pretty irrelevant,
