Mate, there's 11 hours til the window closes. These deals are not being 'done early', even if it comes out of nowhere that they're signing in the next hour or two.Hopefully it's not just me being an optimist but seems like Sulemana and Gyokeres are planned on being done "early", leaves us to be able to do loans which don't take nearly as much time. If we can get those 2 on permanent deals, then I'd legitimately take Antonio on loan, Ayew on a free and maybe another foreign loan if we could. At that point depth is important too but getting those 2 in first will improve the squad, hopefully.

To create illusion to rich premier league clubsRennes paid a few bon for Sulemana didn't they?
Anyone know why he hasn't played a lot for them and why they're receptive to letting him go?
If we get nothing today they’ll just punt Thelwell out the door and hide behind that. They’ve survived 30 years of incompetence. What makes you think today will be any different?
Palace bringing a lad in and Fulham pushing for Cedric from ArsenalThanks. Just Palace and Fulham then!
Needed forward reinforcements. Football restarted 26th December. 34 days.
Since then the teams who have changed managers in the season (Bournemouth, Wolves, Southampton, Brighton) have made a total of 16+ signings in January.
And sadly, these teams are who we are competing against these days.Brighton, Southampton, Wolves, Bournemouth don't have this issue.
I'm not advocating 'going with what we've got' but currently the names linked have been totally uninspiring.
There's the prospect/gamble of spending 30 to 50 million today on two or three totally unproven, unknown, un heard of players in an attempt to get us out this mess. But it all screams pure desperation.
I know we all want better options, but I'm not seeing any names that improve this squad- they will only put another 50 million pound hole in our books.
We also mustn’t discount the possibility they signed 4 players over the weekend and just forgot to mention it.Most of the deals planned are more or less done, just finishing off contracts, medicals etc. Any surprises are just something came available that didn't expect.
Everton.is there a webuyanyplayer we can flog some dross to, to get some extra funds
