I really think that Thelwell has tried and had worked hard. We've been linked to a fair few players. You all are really underestimating how grossly unattractive we are as a club right now.
Bournemouth have got players in the door, they are strong favourites (stronger even than us) for a relegation spot, don’t have a big name manager and are overall a much smaller club. It might not feel like it to us as suffering fans but there is more upside to us than them.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the board room now
Our boardroom is empty. Moshiri lives abroad or London. Kenwright lives in london. Denise and Graeme sharp is not a board. Also, they don't care. They are getting paid way beyond their abilities to keep a front for someone who launders money for a sanctioned oligarch.

Bernie Madoff had an ex petrol station attendant heading up his dodgy dealings because he was stupid and happy to get paid (not even anywhere near what they were generating). The 2 IT idiots he had knock up fake software to facilitate his fraud asked for 60k a year. That is what our board members are.

I don’t think it’s possible to underestimate that. The club is an absolute basket case and any sensible player with other options would run a mile.

It’s never been this bad in my lifetime and I’m in my 40s now. Pretty disinterested in todays goings on as it will inevitably be incredibly underwhelming.

If the finances are this bad maybe it is the sensible play not to spend. Go down and we will have the Gordon Money, Moise K money, Onana Money, and Pickford money to keep us solvent for a year. A couple of loans and smart cheaper signings and we would have the side capable of coming straight.

On the other side if Dyche works a miracle and keeps us up without spending if we do then cash in on Pickford and Onana before the accounting period we might actually be in a position to rebuild properly.

Worst case scenario waste the Gordon money on more dross and go down with additional liabilities
It has crossed my mind. Aren't Championship FFP rules really strict? Biggest issue I see is a points deduction, which obviously would be a disaster

It will be full panic stations in the board room right now. The filing cabinet will be down to the bottom few sheets detailing potential loan deals for twice relegated journeymen we can pick up from the Championship.

You've got to wonder why we dedicate so much time, money, energy and emotion into this team. I'm 24 years old and we've hardly had any times where we can be remotely proud of the team. We spend our money on season tickets, away tickets, buy shirts and merchandise for ourselves, for friends and family. They give us absolutely nothing, lacklustre effort on and off the pitch, dreadful communication, just embarrassment all year round.

Soon they'll be asking us to pay for our season tickets at a more expensive rate... honestly if football didn't act as the catalyst for me to spend valuable time with my family and friends, I really wouldn't bother with this club, because they don't bother about us.

They're just a bunch of absolute clowns, the fans are fantastic, we deserve so much better.

Depends. Have they signed jimmy and timmy from South Park?
