We make good copy as a Football club, the major streaming platforms will be throwing documentary money at us next season. We have established ourselves as a global basket case of a club...subscription dream for them.

They know they MUST sign somebody to survive the inbound onslaught. I expect two 34 year olds from Norwich, West Brom on loan and £35m spent on an 22 year old slotting 8 goals per season in Ligue 2.

You've got to wonder why we dedicate so much time, money, energy and emotion into this team. I'm 24 years old and we've hardly had any times where we can be remotely proud of the team. We spend our money on season tickets, away tickets, buy shirts and merchandise for ourselves, for friends and family. They give us absolutely nothing, lacklustre effort on and off the pitch, dreadful communication, just embarrassment all year round.

Soon they'll be asking us to renew our season tickets at a more expensive rate... honestly if football didn't act as the catalyst for me to spend valuable time with my family and friends, I really wouldn't bother with this club, because they don't bother about us.

They're just a bunch of absolute clowns, the fans are fantastic, we deserve so much better.

Soon? That was two months ago.

I’ve had a lot of other stuff going on in my life for the last few months and have had to disengage from Everton a bit for my own sanity. The club really doesn’t deserve the fan base it has.

This is football for you. I have mates who support Wigan and Oldham and they've had it far, FAR worse than us over the past couple of decades.

It will be full panic stations in the board room right now. The filing cabinet will be down to the bottom few sheets detailing potential loan deals for twice relegated journeymen we can pick up from the Championship.
a) I'd happily take that now, in preference to nothing, and

b) Our bunch of clowns probably can't organise even that.
