This season yes for sure. He only scored 12 league goals last season which is hardly prolific.

However, this betting allegation hanging over his head makes him a huge NO at the moment.
It’s probably only the betting allegation hanging over him that would mean he would POSSIBLY be in our market. He isn’t leaving Brentford to join Everton in normal cirmcumstanves at this stage of his career.

Of course his situation is unique. But I think the vast majority of players would choose Everton over Brentford. Brentford are not a more attractive club than Everton.

We went through all this around the turn of the century. Clubs like Birmingham and Palace trying to convince themselves that they are more attractive than Everton just because Everton are going through a temporary rough patch. Eejits like Robbie Savage fell for this nonsense and chose a contract extension at Birmingham instead of Everton and he now says it’s the biggest regret of his career.

Played one great game against the RS and done nothing since
Sarr was decent in a not so spectacular Senegal team. Against the Dutch he caused Mathijs de Ligt a few problems. Although it was clear de Ligt was not comfortable in a back three. Still need another finisher though as with Senegal he did put a few good crosses in but no one was there to finish.
Maybe try Diaz first: more natural goalscorer and much cheaper

I'd love to go for Joao Pedro at Watford, looks a real talent. Cant see it though, we'd have to pay the Watford premium.
He is the standout player in the Championship so far this year, he would cost a big fee. I think the thing with him though is that he always seems quite happy at Watford, I'm guessing he lives in London and probably doesn't want to leave.

the point is that other clubs would be in for him. And he would prob cost 45m

I don't deny there are numerous clubs more attractive than Everton right now. I just don't think Brentford are one of them, and I think most players would much rather sign for Everton than Brentford.

He might one to stay London way though if he already living there

Sure, and I believe he may have had a bad experience with some Everton fans that may not endear him to Everton. But Brentford aren’t even as big as QPR, and I’m near certain that Everton players are paid far more than Brentford players. Maupay is probably on more that Toney at Brentford.

Would absolutely take Joao felix on loan with an option to buy, providing it's not just him, Him and Mudryk would be an unreal January and maybe a Tielemens pre-agreement for July or pay £20m for now.

Ornstein saying Kroenke's ready to provide funding for January, so let's get to it Edu and Teta!
