He isn’t worth £40m but I’ve got no doubt he’ll outscore McNeil in half a season.
His goalscoring record is really poor. There is no way he is worth £40m, and by the way, McNeill will probably outscore him because he doesn’t score.
Use the kitty on someone who actually does score.

As Frank said himself, if we're going to spend the money we need a player who'll improve us here and now rather than be a squad player. We need goals.
