Onana's issue is he dawdles a bit but he's still young and can learn.

I posted about this a while back, we have Gray, Gordon, mcneil and Townsend. 3 of the 4s best position is on the left. Yet every single player we get linked with plays on the left. It drives me mad that we are not looking at signing right sided players.

Perhaps McNeil but certainly not Gordon. Zero evidence for that. At best it's debatable which indicates he's not going to improve us to the extent we need.
