Would be pretty wacky seeing as he wanted to join us when we were challenging for European positions and he was fighting relegation every year with palace.

Not sure why he wants to jump ship from midtable palace playing decent football with a few nice flair players to link up with to fight our relegation battle!

No I agree it’s unlikely but it’s something I think we should at least try.

He’ll get goals, he creates problems for the opposition, carry the ball well, win free kicks high up the pitch. Pretty much all of which we’re currently lacking. With only 6 months left he’s attainable.

Again, I’m not sure he’d come. But he’s a much better option than loaning in Elanga- who we’ve been linked with a few times recently

Still think its mad how many people don't seem to understand that the £100m for Grealish was a release fee, I don't think anyone thought he was actually worth that much even though in that final season for Villa his numbers were pretty impressive.

Theyre generally pretty decent for transfer fees.

Maupay is on a 3 year deal, as i said he'd be £7mil which based on amortized numbers is breakeven.

Would be a signing for a newly promoted team as he also scored a lot in his last championship season.
