Last year we had only a 13m loss on the books for that 3 year cycle but thats dropped off. Now it's the covid big hitters plus whatever we lost last year. Depends if you think we lost more than 13m or not but I'd say it's likely. Then there's the USM deals disappearing etc

Cos we lost absolutely shed loads in 2019-2021 plus the inevitable Lampard firing and Co. Plus the lost dodgy USM deals. The club is tanking money like no tomorrow without even getting into relegation

2019 is 4yrs ago, so our worse years like 17/18/19 have now dropped off.
And the esk said we got about 15mil a year off usm. We’ve got a new better kit deal since then and a sleave sponsor. Yes we’ve lost a bit, but you’re not talking a fortune.

They do but they have a massive turnover because they were able to spend stupid money in the past, especially in Chelsea's case.

It’s always going to be an issue for us while we’ve got the current idiots agreeing fees and contracts way above the value of the players we’re bringing in. You know they’ll do more of the same if they panic buy this month and so the FPP problem rolls on…

How can it get worse when we’re in profit on player sales for 2 yrs and by the summer witt 6/7 out of contract a few players we don’t want will only have a year left, the wage bill has probably gone down 50mil in 3 yrs.

Yep, Newcastle brought in a brand new board, signed a top DOF in Ashworth from Brighton & then found a manager who had a vision with the DOF. They’ve signed players as part of a system, and it’s worked perfectly. They’ve not even spent crazy money like people expected them to.

Howe joined months before they got Ashworth, he didn't join till last summer.

Yep, Newcastle brought in a brand new board, signed a top DOF in Ashworth from Brighton & then found a manager who had a vision with the DOF. They’ve signed players as part of a system, and it’s worked perfectly. They’ve not even spent crazy money like people expected them to.

It’s down to the hard working mentality of their players. The board can lay down the foundation but the hard work must be done by the players on the pitch. They press hard and fought hard every game. Any team that works extremely hard will punch above its weight.

I think we should look at Djed Spence from Spurs aswell as a new Forward. Patterson injuries are hampering the season as much as our lack of goals and though I rate Patterson, it would be good to have an attacking full back if we need to play a 5.

he was on 200k apparently, 120 Bernard, 100 delph, 100 digne? 100 richarlison, bolasie 80, gylfi 100, Walcott 90? Tosun, 70/80? Rondon just gone 50? Allan 80? Add in young players like Kenny and a few others. This summer doucoure 80? Mina 120. Davies 30? Townsend 50? Coleman 80/90? And hopefully Keane, holgate, (Gomes, gbamin, dele have a year left) kean.

you’re not a million miles away from 100milion, yes we’ve bought players and given our new contracts and wages, the likes of Patterson, Myko, garner, Onana, gray, McNeil, maupay. Wont be in anything like some of the ones above
