Cornet had a great time at Burnley...for 4 months. The rest of his time there was spent missing plenty of chances.

He's never been a top player, only for those four months and it can be argued he got them relegated with all the poor finishes.

Jan and through the summer is always the time for new pretend ITK's to come out the woodwork, a million players and mostly the same ones to be linked, despite Us already been told last week what Jan may bring. Think it will be the odd loan/very low paid player if that. so any links to 10mil or more players will as always probably be made up

I'm sure the Director of Football knows what is going on with transfers, seeing as it is his job. I doubt the average fan on some internet forum knows what is going on with transfers, as it is not their job. It's a pretty simple concept to grasp. Why it bothers you so much or you can't understand it is unfathomable.

Agree but is going to be a hard window we dont have the money to bring in who we want. Would prefer cornet coming in as cover worked with dyche before , so ino i think could be a good squad option till the end of the season. Also Tomiyasu at arsenal on loan could oush young up to the backup rm position even tho if want better. Then hopefully try get one more for the cm postion. Can see us bringing one in but really think need two

I know Thelwell has said it will be quiet, but I’m taking that with a pinch of salt. I think we will try to make 1 perma and 1 loan signing.

For me, a loan of a CM would be key. As with gana off, and Doucs still injured. We are short there.

I think we also need to come to some arrangement to cancel Danjuma loan and actually sign another winger who will contribute something on a permanent deal. I like the look of Jack Clarke at Sunderland. I know we have been linked before, but with Harrison only a loan, we need a permanent winger anyway.

I'd love to get rid of Keane and Godfrey and replace them with 2 more keepers on the bench.
