he has potential for sure...but I think to be a top cb nowadays you need pace to keep up with the modern attacker...he was caught a few times against Blackpool on pace alone...jury still out but anyhow long way to go...

Indeed, he is too similar what we already have which is not his fault, what we we need Zouma Jagielka type...

...that’s interesting, I actually thought he coped surprisingly well in one-on-one situations I witnessed last season. I haven’t seen him exposed for pace and mobility in the same way Keane is. Time will tell us more.

Leave Branflakes alone you monsters.

He's doing alright for now. It's very early in his development.
They won't be told.... it's what they do. Its the old build him up to a height,so when he wobbles they can give him dogs abuse. It's probably a good not having our fans in ground at the moment, because he won't be getting screamed at by the Gammon'eds in Park End whenever he missplaces a pass.

Most of them only do it for comic effect anyway.

Too similar as Keane Mina and Holgate in style, that's his only problem, we need acceleration and pace...

Well, he's left footed so vastly different there.

We need 2 on the left and 2 on the right...Keane + Mina dont look anywhere as good on the left.

For me, he already looks equally as 'impressive' as Keane.

So we need Zouma Jagielka type on the right then...

What we have currently are all very similar in style... Nothing against the young lad I'd have him in team over Mina...

However, Braithwaite ain't never going to a be a Distan, in style anyway. There is more to balance than Left and Right footed centre backs!?

That's a big issue, time! Do we have time to afford to bring him on...

If he was to go to Watford for a season on loan as suggested as part of the Docoure deal then that'd be a good experience. Game time here will be limited as 4th choice although that'd then probably mean we'd need to get someone else in unless they think that Lewis Gibson is ready for our first team.

His real weak point in the games he played for us was his set play defending. He lost his man a lot for a defender at this level, but that's probably a more minor issue at his age. It can be fixed relatively quickly with a mixture of hard work, coaching and experience.

He’s still so young, he could go out for a year and still only be 19/20 when he comes back. A bit mad when you think about it
