I’m still getting over the fact he’s one of the fastest at the club, deffo doesn’t look like he would be.

Got quick from running from groups of lads looking to beat him up for reading Edgar Allan Poe in the playground.I’m still getting over the fact he’s one of the fastest at the club, deffo doesn’t look like he would be.
Defo. I was joking because so many on this thread call him Braithwaite.Similar names, but I'd say our is the more interesting prospect
This is why I call most of our players by nicknames.Defo. I was joking because so many on this thread call him Braithwaite.
The old sneaky athleticism. I'm sure some of the Americans on here will understand that one.I’m still getting over the fact he’s one of the fastest at the club, deffo doesn’t look like he would be.

....he’s rarely looked exposed when running the channels, though. I thought he was being clever getting his frame in the way of the opposition forward but he must have a deceptive stride. Probably not over three or four yards but fast enough in a foot race.
He'll always be Branflakes to me.Defo. I was joking because so many on this thread call him Braithwaite.
There was an interview with Carlyle recently and they said in an early training session as a 16 year old, he was marking Hallam Hope, and essentially showed him the wing to run into. Given Hope was the fastest player on the squad they were amazed he did it. Hope pushed the ball past him into the space and Brainthwaite just ran past him and cleared the ball away. It was a bit of a wow moment for the staff their and they put him in shortly after that.
He's a very impressive player. 6 ft 4, may grow a bit more, quick, and comfortable on the ball.
He’s a decent prospectCan't recall a bad performance off him when he came into the side
Look at holgateIt's a risk, but so is keeping him here. There's no right way or wrong way when it comes to loans etc, it's about what's best in the individual circumstances. I know you don't like loans but they can be beneficial. We can't just never send anybody out on loan again because some of them haven't worked out.
