I think him being left out of England squad will have a bigger impact than we think.
There's one England game before start of the new season. If he's not in that squad it's very likely he'll be looking for move imo.
He's 24 for next year's World Cup. As far as I can see the only reason Colwill & Quansah are picked ahead of him is they're playing for RS/Chelsea and in Europe.
Him and Guehl should be England's centre halves for years to come.

Sky only interested in keeping them clubs at the top. Hilarious though that they try make out these 6 clubs are fighting for trophies. Spurs haven’t won a title in 60 yrs,

Objectively the only English clubs I could see him considering would be Liverpool (if he has the brass neck), Newcastle and Chelsea. United are a shambles and they surely won't be able to spend freely for a couple of years. Arsenal have Saliba and Gabriel. State of Tottenham generally. Man City have about 10 centre backs in the squad. Aston Villa will not be playing Champions League football next season. I hope United nor Tottenham win the Europa as they then get in the Champions League which could be a problem.

Its about marketability. If you have that Sky will push you as a big club and this leads to use commercial opportunities.
Spurs are a case in point - they had a decade of Kane, Son and a lesser extent Alli - the top four then became the big 6, because Sky pushed them. This led to overall revenue growth.
Arsenal made Sky money throughout the Wenger period, gave them stars like Bergkmap, RVP, Viera, Henry etc. These days they have Saka etc. Sky will push them.
Utd have a world wide fan base of 600 mill - they make Sky a fortune - we saw it a couple of weeks ago - there was no way Sky were allowing Utd to be beaten at Goodison with 600 mill customers watching and they contrived a result for Utd.
Sport comes less and less into it, its how much money you can mutually make out of marketing.
Its essentially why you have to keep players like Branthwaite. You will never be pushed as a big club if you are seen as a feeder club for the bigger ones. You have to challenge and you have to have a profile of players that will attract viewers to be pushed by Sky, that will earn you commercial revenue which allows you to continue to progress and compete. Its a dirty game and less about sporting integrity these days.
Ever see that episode of succession when they go away for the weekend and the media pick the next president - this above is the footballing equivalent.

Branthwaite would do well to keep himself consistently fit and performing at a high level, see what the club offers him in terms of a new deal, and see who the club signs in the summer. After that, he'll be making an informed decision.

Easier said than done regarding outside noise. I think we may get to a place where it becomes better to sell than keep and I expect Moyes with his experience realises that too. It's been important to integrate JOB due to that and in comparison he had a much better game for ROI the other night.
Moyes will also consider the fact, holding on to Declan rice for 2 more years, doubled his price. We don’t really want to be buying 2 centre backs this summer, with everyone else we need to do
His agent will already be speaking to other clubs.
He might stay, he might go.
But they won't be waiting till summer to start those conversations.

Sky started pushing the “Big 7” last pre season to include Newcastle. They just go where the money is.
Just to add to this point, I doubt it will be all down to Moyes. Roma were constantly selling their best players, until TFG walked in and they nearly got champions league, that was obviously their aim. And they misssd out, closely 3yrs running
