There are two games so hopefully it just means they're being cautious.
Sounds like this is still an ongoing issue with the groin and his recovery is still being managed. If he isn’t ready for full training on a Tuesday after a Saturday game it’s clearly still an issue.

If so may have to reluctantly accept that Dyche may have been doing the right thing being cautious with his minutes. We don’t want another DCL situation on our hands, and the one thing you can credit Dyche with is managing that well.
 

He's clearly not 100% fit;

He's obviously not fit.

There's something we're not being told about his fitness/the club are protecting him.

... since then, he eventually come in - then promptly injured.

Hopefully they never rushed him back when he did start against Crystal Palace.

It's a long season, we need him.

The club under Dyche got to grips with Calvert-Lewin's fitness by not playing him until we was fit.
