What's with this weird, negative and absolutist mentality towards injuries and the constant desire to apportion blame?
I'm fairly gutted we won't get to see him (most probably) this season, I'm sure Carlo's equally irritated not to have him at his disposal and, above all, I expect JP to be immensely frustrated at his lack of game time due to this injury. However, that's not to say there always has to be someone to blame, be it the medical staff, the DOF or the player himself - it's just an unfortunate situation with plenty of factors at play to which we aren't privy.
Let's just hope his next op goes well and he can target a return in late-April/early-May, and instead focus on Gomes re-establishing himself at the heart of the midfield, and hope that Schneiderlin (!) can follow up what was a really impressive performance against Newcastle last week.
