The thigh injury was one thing but the achilles injury is basically a career ender. Such a shame but I don't think he will come back at the level required and will move on in some capacity.

What you saying? I'm fixated? I was making a general point actually the squad is badly assembled. Morgan was the back up DM and is nothing like Gbamin. When Gana was here we didn't develop back up. Same with Gomes we have no other player of that ilk who can step in. Not expecting two great players per position but you need some with similar attributes to back up. It's what good teams do.

Genuinely don't think he'll be back to what he was. That's two big injuries in a short amount of time. His last injury at Mainz was hamstring, then the big hamstring injury here. Now the achilles.

He certainly needs to be eased back sounds like the achilles wasnt as bad as first feared but still it's two serious injuries in a row.
This is why we need two new Cms to allow him to be eased back in.
