Can't imagine he's overly pleased to have to start earning his money again. Not criticising him, but if I was being paid millions to sit on my arse for two years then I'd feel hard done by to have to start giving something back suddenly in return for further millions.

Yeah I bet he’s not overly pleased with being able to walk without crutches again.

Best to ease him back in slowly

Look forward to reading next weeks "Gbamin injury setback" news
Why would any supporter in their right mind " look forward " to that?

I have no idea if this guy is any good and anyone can have reservations about his ability to overcome 2 such debilitating injuries but FFS give your head a wobble fella.

Nearly middle of December, no word on his whereabouts. Genuinely got no hope for him being able to contribute anything to us and think it's best if we try to find a buyer, somehow. Was a very puzzling signing in the first place which looked way too expensive for a player nobody had heard of and we had no competition to sign. Always a bad sign.

so....where is he? I have no idea why he wasn't doing his rehabilitation at Finch Farm but you would HAVE to imagine he's back now, no?

Hes in France, at some state of the art rehabilitation facilitie. Hes been doing his training there while he's been doing his rehabilitation. So hopefully he can come straight back into the first team training sessions.

I dont understand how you can think this was a baffling signing. We'd just sold gana and needed a defensive midfielder and gbamin was a highly rated defensive midfielder who had just came off a very good season with mainz. Just because you've never heard of him doesnt mean he's a bad player.

I also don't understand how us having no competition to sign him means he's automatically a bad player. James, richarlison and digne 3 of our best players and we had no competition to sign any of them.

Made up if he’s in France and nowhere near our medical team and training facilities.
