Hes in France, at some state of the art rehabilitation facilitie. Hes been doing his training there while he's been doing his rehabilitation. So hopefully he can come straight back into the first team training sessions.

I dont understand how you can think this was a baffling signing. We'd just sold gana and needed a defensive midfielder and gbamin was a highly rated defensive midfielder who had just came off a very good season with mainz. Just because you've never heard of him doesnt mean he's a bad player.

I also don't understand how us having no competition to sign him means he's automatically a bad player. James, richarlison and digne 3 of our best players and we had no competition to sign any of them.
I dunno man, I have a nose for sniffing out bad signings and most of them have proven to be correct.

Called Bolasie, Delph (obvious though), Iwobi, Tosun and Gbamin, plus I knew Olsen and Lössl would add absolutely nothing to the squad and fail to see Pickford improve his performances which I think was the motivation behind their signings.

I'd love to be proven wrong mind you.

Presser for the Leeds game Carlo said he expects him in 2 weeks. So this weekend coming up would be two weeks.

Interesting to see if ‘back’ means back on first team training or back ready to play. I’d be amazed if he’s near match fitness yet but he’d be useful to have back fully fit over the Christmas period.

I highly suspect the former considering he hasn’t trained with the lads in over a year. We won’t see him on a pitch till next year I reckon and I’m fine with that.

Important not to rush back after such a big injury. It would be great to have him back for Chelsea, but the team has waited a long time already, I'm sure that they can wait a short time longer for the good of Gbamin.

We reintroduced him slowly last time and not through the anyone's fault snapped his bumhole in a 142 pieces playing head tennis.

He will have an injury set back, probably minor but a set back. He has been out for so long his body needs to adjust to the physical demands being placed on it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s mid January that we see him.

I’ll say it now, he’ll be absolute turd. Not the answer.
I hope it makes you feel really good and warm inside if you're right. What a weird thing to say about a guy that hasn't played more than 100 minutes for us.

The 'shock-jockeying' on this forum at the moment is at Piers Morgan levels.

Blokes trying to sack Carlo, claiming that James is dross, Richarlison is rubbish, DCL still going through a purple-patch.

Take a deep breath FFS.

Dunno if this is you playing your parody unreasonable Evertonian alter-ego, BLF. But on the off chance you are serious, I think there is a good chance of that simply because 18 months out with those types of injuries could potentially ruin him physically with regards to suiting top level football. And that's before we take actual ability into account.
