Injuries in my post .....please read it .......2&1\2 years out they have to be serious.......
I read it, you said he must have had injuries in the past, he hasn't, here hes suffered 2 very serious injuries, that's why hes been out for so long.

Hes played 30+ games a season, till he came here.

Yeah but somebody missing 2 games here and there is hardly a concern.
I guess so, but if you look at the actual days out he had it was normally a few weeks or more, but yes it only lists it as a few games missed and im not exactly sure how much he was playing in the team so it's hard to way it up tbh. It was more the point that it seems to be the same thigh injury a lot of the time.

Can he play with Allan and they anchor the team with James in front of them?

Assuming we have a full strength defence again, would we need 2 defensive midfielders at the same time? Or do you think Gbamin could sit in front of the defence and let Allan roam and press the midfield/final third? I was impressed with some of Allan's runs the past few weeks - he certainly strikes me as a player that would like to get involved further up but has been limited by our injuries/defensive frailties. Maybe Gbamin would free him up to play his more natural game.
