What a balloon you really are.
It was Silva who went against medical advise to play him and he suffered a horrendous injury.
And on the wages, we offer them... the players accept - so who's fault is it ??
Is there any evidence he ‘went against medical advice’? I’ve seen reports vaguely saying some people were surprised he picked him given his lack of fitness but nothing to say he ignored actual science. I would imagine gbamin would have a pretty strong legal case against us if that’s true.

Wasn't his Achilles injury from a misguided attempt at Football Tennis? Or are you referencing his Quad injury?

Gbamin was signed in the knowledge that he was carrying a strain.
Silva played him and he tore his quad horrendously... and he's been working as hard as his body will let him to get fit and contribute.

The Quad which from all accounts was absolutely horrendous.
Fair enough, but given all his injuries have been in different places: Quad, Achilles, Knee et cetera....I think that the 'handling" of his injuries hasn't been too much of an influence in his everton career as much as his general 'injury prone' nature a la Fabian Delph

injury prone who's leeching off the club
is what you said about Gbamin and it's grossly unfair.

He's been unlucky with injury I agree but ultimately now he's fit he should be banging down Kenwrights door demanding a loan to get back playing week in week out and getting his career back on track.

It just seems to me he seems in no rush to push on and get on the pitch when the last two managers have barely ever used him.

At some point you have to question his mentality and motivation same as Tosun turning down loan moves when he knows his time here is over.

Tosuns’ contract is up at the end of the season and he’ll move on.

If, as is happening, he’s barely playing, he should therefore end his time with Everton relatively fit and ready to play somewhere else next season.

So late into his contract, were he to have as you suggest, banged down Kenwrights door to get a loan move and then got injured again… he would have put his future playing chances in jeopardy.

So you put yourself in either his or his agents shoes and be completely truthful about what you would have done/advised him to do?

And the only sensible course of action for him/his agent is/was to see out his contract here and move on relatively fit and healthy.

If you can’t see this, then I give up.

He's lost a huge amount of time in a very crucial part of his development. It's more likely that it's completely ruined his potential as a player imo.

Not a fan of people looking for a scape goat here, especially pointing the finger at the player. By all accounts 2 freak injuries that have cost him all that time.
Just one of those things sadly.
