Would leave us short of bodies, otherwise I’m happy to see him go.
I originally felt similar, but since we've signed VDB and Dele and Doucouré recovering well I feel it's the a decent option financially for the club and for him.

Sadly, I simply can't see him getting playing time any time soon therefore it's not really a major loss.

Yeah I just worry about Allan and Docoure’s fitness. I guess Holgate and Onyango are probably ahead of him in the midfield pecking order.

That's the risk and in footballing terms alone I suspect we'd keep him, however it really isn't that simple and it'd be naive to ignore the financial implications.

We're paying someone to not play; we're paying someone to sit around and probably be unhappy as he'll be regressing without actual playing time.

Without knowing anything in terms of the financial terms of the deal, you'll suspect they'll pay some of his wages - that'll be a benefit for the club.

He'll either hopefully come back a better player who we can utilise or it'll put him in the shop window. Either way, I think on the balance of things it's sensible.

Think we should keep Kenny ,he's proved he can play both l & r back .Ok he's no more than adequate but a useful lad to have around.

If he can keep replicating his form against Leeds perhaps, but he has had plenty of chances but failed to make the grade. Assuming we get Nkounkou back we would have 2 players each for left/right back. The others deserve a chance more I'm afraid unless he stays on it from now to the end of the season.

JJK is the new Gary Abblet, with a little smattering of Alan Harper. I would have included Tony Hibbert but then you would have known I was fishing for likes ?
