I think that’s kinda the point, people saying it’d be an excuse to cancel his contract seeing as he doesn’t contribute anything anyway.

If his employment related to driving then I'd sack him but it doesn't.

He's been sentenced by the court and that is sufficient for me in terms of fines.

From a club perspective, I'd get him to use some of his free time with EITC.
