Guys, as a fellow dane, i have been following Lindstrøm for many years. he is NOT a winger. He was a 10 in Brøndby and 10 in Frankfurt were he played magnificent. He needs space to run, he needs to play off a striker and he i dangerous in transition and high tempo.. but he is not a winger. He was a winger in Napoli and failed, and as long as Dyche insist to play him at right flank, we will only see half of the player he is.

In my opinion, it should be Ndiaye at left, Lindstrøm central and McNeil at right. i cant believe our gaffer cant see that.

Ndiaye isn't a winger either. We have a team which should play with two AMs with Lindy and Ndiaye.

Dyche is blind, you might never see him play in the middle this season.

remember lindstrøm played wonderful in frankfurt - he should be able to cope with the tempo in premier league. But ofc he needs time to get up to speed after a frustrating year at Napoli.. it just pisses me off, that he is played out of position from the early start

It's because they keep hoping to remedy our dire chance creation ratio when it's mostly it's to do with the route 1 sh*teball we keep conceding possession from.

Can't see him being played central by Dyche.

Someone on here did suggest a 3421 with Lindstrom and Ndiaye playing closer to the centre forward which sounded interesting but our fullbacks are dreadful going forward so it would be McNeil and Harrison as the wide options getting up and down.

I think it’ll take him a little longer to get up to speed than Ndiaye or Iroegbunham - but he’s a tidy player and I’m hopeful he’ll contribute this season.
