2024/25 Jesper Lindstrom

Lad is chucked in with players he only met a month ago and some he never trained with.

Needs to play competitive football and for some reason a lad who had played Champions League football then 90% of our squad can't get a minute while we get stuffed 3-0 v Brighton.

Forget who it was against, that through ball was ridiculous and wasn’t even on. Incredible vision. We don’t have anybody in our squad who can create that sort of chance out of nothing. Also backs up the stats that he’s far more effective centrally than he is out wide where he’s fairly anonymous. He’s blatantly not a winger. Doesn’t seem a Dyche fit in any way shape or form though unfortunately. Doesn’t put in the hard yards and doesn’t snap in to tackles in defensive areas. He’ll rarely play if at all.

Yup that's my worry, and when he plays Dyche will do exactly what Napoli did and stick him out on the wing...

Couldnt agree more. Was poor when out wide but when central tried a number of clever passes that even Beto could score from.
Will Dyche pay him centrally.....I honestly think not he'll go with doucs and then Dwight and stick this kid out wide again.
So annoying

I'm just hoping we get took over by Textor and he fires the ginger haired gravel eater into the sun mate.

Git to the point I'm just sick of the constant moaning about bad luck or decisions costing us and never once admitting his tactics are the reason.

I actually agree with him regarding decisions in general - it is his unwillingness to try anything new. It is infuriating

Where he’s proven time and again to be ineffective there. You’re right of course.

Similar to Harrison. His record proves beyond any doubt, that his most effective work is on the left of midfield. We’ve never played him there because that’s McNeil’s spot so we shoehorn him on to the right hand side or sometimes, centrally. That’s why I think any criticism of Harrison is harsh because the boy isn’t playing in his best position.

Recruitment should be more simple than we make it look. If you need a right winger, sign a specialist right winger. We seem to have a habit of signing players for positions we need filling, with players that don’t play there specifically but can at a push “do a job” there.

Yup totally agree, then we slag said player off for looking ineffective.
