Really wanted Joel to do well last night however last nights performance comfirmed what i and many others thought, he is gash and not up to standard.

Can you honestly see him going Moomz? Roberto strikes me as a bloke who, once he's signed a player, won't ever get rid unless they make serious noises about going.

Using Mcgeady as another example, I bet he doesn't look at him and go, oops maybe this lad isn't what I've built him up in my head to be all these years, I reckon he thinks, top player just need to persist.

Yes, I think he will be gone in the summer. Not good enough, will end up in the lower leagues of Spain.

Joel 'Calamity' Robles has a rhyme to it, while it aptly describes his individual goal keeping style.

No wonder Howard isn't playing at his best when his competition is as inadequate as it appears.

Thats quite strange, because some people said his form last seaosn was because of quality if the player pusging him, compared to prev seasons.

From what i have seen of him so far, he is without a doubt one of the worst keepers that have pulled on the Everton shirt that i can remember. Such a liability and i have zero confidence in him. Tim Howard is having a shaky season so far but at least with him you can put it down to confidence, you know there is a very good keeper there. I know i shouldn't pick one incident out to judge but its an example i will use.... Allowing the ball to hit your face like that isn't the result of ' little ' confidence or that he hasn't played minutes, its the result of a bang average keeper (being kind) that shouldn't even be our third keeper, let alone back up.

Say what you want about Howard, he deserves a little bit of stick for his performances lately but those saying Howard should be dropped for Robles are clueless.

Joel Robbedus his name is from now on.

Apoogies to @Del @Moomin @BlueLlama Woolly has told me you like to be on the wind up on a daily basis, seems i didnt get the joke.

Seriously though, i hope ruffier or perin come to the english league and make you eat your words. Both could be good replacements as i said.

For now im off to prepare my scouting mission watching some premier action from the chinese football league.

Be sure not to post your findings on here mate

GK's are weird because they always need game time before you can judge. 1 game here and there wont ever let us see what he can do.

That goal was LOL though.

My scout reports says we should try and tempt Lie Tie out of retirement. Also rumours of Fabio Cannavaro arriving at Everton in a player-coach capacity. The Kenwright regime are beleived to have lost patience with Roberto Martinez and Sylvain Distin.

I work for the Daily Mail By the way....

Schoolboy error last night - he was the Keeper who stepped in for the injured Wigan Keeper and imo was responsible of them being relegated - why sign him RM??????
I literally have no idea why Martinez thought it was a good idea to sign any of the Wigan lot, McCarthy aside.

Robles had proven nothing.

Kone hadn't even scored that many apart from playing well against Everton a few times.

Alcaraz was a massive sicknote and Martinez should have known that more than anybody.

3m and about 20k a week, 5m and bout 30k a week and another 30k a week, over now 18 months on those three losers.

Nearly 14m wasted.
