For me, Schneiderlin showed for the ball and Joel gave it to him. Schneiderlin lost the ball, it's his fault.
I think he was flat footed for the 1st and disappointed he got beat from that distance, but it happens. The whole team weren't at it today, including the 4 DMs Koeman played, none of whom got close to Kane 40 yards from goal.
I wouldn't be surprised to hear the whole team had been up late watching the boxing, we just looked off the pace and our passing was atrocious.
One final point, last few years, Martinez was heavily criticised for Everton dangerously playing it out from the back and putting us under pressure. But today, it was solely down to Joel. The assumption being, this was not an order but a decision, but under Martinez it was not a decision, but an order?
