there is no hope at all for some fans, and the idea of footballers bulking up, leave that nonsense to sleeve tattooed self loathing closet cases down their crappy roid head gyms, footballers do not need to bulk up

To be honest I mentioned Busquets when talking about Stones a couple of days ago, and I could see him being able to learn that role. Not that I'd want to be moving around the greatest centre back in the history of the great game.
Yeah, that type of operating in front of the centre backs and picking off danger and releasing the ball. Busquets is a snide of course, and half his success in that area/role is rolling around on the floor 'injured'.

:(:(

Head duly wobbled! But the point is I don't want, as Evertonians, for our fans to be used to conjure up an excuse for Stones or whoever to force a move simply because we don't appreciate them or neg them at every occasion. We have always been a knowledgeable fanbase and appreciated good footballing skills - even in opposition players - so when we get those composite skills in players of our own we should be prepared to be give them the benefit of the doubt rather than jump on their backs. I would rather a player be expressive - admittedly, and preferably, not within his own penalty area - than one who becomes frightened of his own shadow and opts for the big lump up the pitch to no one in particular. Even bloody Stoke don't play like that any more.

Joker.....long before our fans took a collective intake of breath on Sunday, John Stones put in a transfer request.

He is only still at the club because Bobby refused it.

If he moves it will be for money or for better prospects of winning sommat.......with Sunday's difference of opinion with the Park Enders a distant third in the list of reasons.

But you are in the same wavelength as me.

John and others can be expressive any place but our own penalty area and I am one happy bunny ;)

It will be a lot better for my BP :(
