John Stones transfer saga

Has @butters been perma-banned for advocating selling Stones, yet? Because he thinks for 30 mil we can:
  • Get a quality playmaker
  • A decent back up striker
  • A quality replacemant for Stones
  • The backup CB that we still need
Perhaps a perma-ban is too harsh. Maybe an intervention to get him off the narcotic substances he is clearly taking.

Say he says it, right. What if a player like Stones or McCarthy hands in a transfer request, soon after? Then both he and the club look like fools.

He's said that we're working on keeping everyone together and trying to add a couple more, doesn't need to say anything else imo.

Nothing wrong with Chelsea putting in a bid. Them talking up Stones publicly and having digs at us for demanding a higher transfer fee isn't on but technically they're not doing anything wrong.

For the right price, every player is for sale. Hopefully that price is just too high for Chelsea to want to pay.
