I agree with you, and not all players are massive liars... But it is worth bringing up Fabian Delph's comments about staying at Villa 6 days ago.

Stones seems a more grounded person though.

It may already have been said but Chelsea do have a couple of good young centre backs already. In Ake and I forget the other blokes name.

Mourinho himself has stated that if his own young players fail to make it there then it's his fault.

Might of course be nothing but something else to think about.

Aye but City were getting linked with Pogba at the time, also they've pretty much just gone and sold Benteke to the rs, so can understand if he feels differently right now, throw in the fact of a ridiculously easy to meet buy out and can see why he's gonna end up gone.

Mate stones is the best young cb i have ever seen at everton, the best i've seen in the prem - better than Ferdinand, and only Nesta IMO can compare to any I've seen at the same age, can see why Mourinho wants him
