Thats exactly what im saying yes.
Everton saying he isn't for sale, just means come back with a higher bid. And yes Mourinho saying he isn't bothered is just his attempt at mind games to further mess with the players head a little.
Make no mistake, John Stones WILL be sold within the next 12 months.
Based on what exactly? Aside from the voices in your headChelsea know they can get him for £30m because Stones has indicated that he'll play the game come late August. The club are trying to get the press to report interest from United to get the price higher.
Basically he's gone

How has he 'indicated' this?
The only thing the club have done is repeatedly say he's not for sale, including fighting back on Wednesday night by telling Sky that and authorising Naismith to do an interview on the topic.
Got a link to the Naismith bit mate? Not seen it.
It was a video interview on Sky Sports News, on the evening bulletins. They asked him about Stones and he was saying that he should stay at Everton because it's the best club for him and that he can learn from the likes of Jagielka. I'll see if I can find it.
My gut says he goes with Johnny Evans coming in, and a last minute scramble for Ashley Williams.

£25m Ashley Williams?!
50 million Wayne Rooney?
