John Stones transfer saga

If Chelsea bid enough then he would be sold, regardless of transfer request or not. Hopefully this stays the same, he will understand how highly we value him and it's up to Chelsea to match that valuation.

Just because he's handed in the request doesn't mean we will accept £30m and Victor Moses for him.

wouldn't be suprised if the board made stones hand in a request making him look like the bad boy and not them clowns, can anyone seriously blame him for leaving? i can't, shown absolutely no ambition this window whilst every team around us has, going after random foreigners who no one has heard of, the one top top quality player we all throught we were gonna get has come to nothing, now its all about selling him as quick and as for much as possible leaving us enough time to get the players in bobby wants

timing in this is dreadful, wouldn't be all doom n gloom if this happened 4-6 weeks ago
Really? The board is crap but it was STONES who handed in the transfer request.

What's the point of long term contracts, just a way for a pay rise and a large signing on fee for the player. If you not going to honour at least half of its term good riddenns

Ignoring your inability to see past your own hate for the board, the last sentence is correct and the sole reason this has happened .
Mourinho made some comment at the start that our board wanted to wait until the end of the window. Looks like he was right.

This was the plan all along. We hoped it wouldn't be but deep down we knew it and the closer it came the more everything started to play out as expected.

We're a feeder club and nothing more and that's the board's fault.

Something tells me that Kenwright and Co won't be getting an ovation any time soon. Those days have gone/soon to be gone.

If they sell stones now, with no new signings this transfer window, the rest of the season is going too be one long worry. Bad leadership. COYB

Yeah we are just like you're Uniteds city's and now Chelsea's

That's your place

Mate, you wouldn't like it if a one-eyed, elbow-licking supporter of a South Yorkshire Sunday league team came onto a Barnsley forum with a cocky attitude, would you?

Sorry to bring your family into this but you need to learn. Also, it's a swap deal for Moses, Zouma and Traore so you won't be getting a penny x
