Seriously, getting value for their money is the last thing on the mind of a young elite sports star. You only have to look at the States and the NBA and the NFL stars that go bankrupt within 3 years of retiring. People who have earned in excess of 50 million dollars, its crazy.

I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's a misnomer these athletes who go bankrupt. I remember reading a stat about a huge percentage of ex-Premiership players who have gone bust. It turns out they weren't skint at all, they'd just had a business venture go tits up

They based the 10 million valuation against people on this forum saying Lukaku is only worth 15 million.

That's self evident mate. The real definition of a selling club is one that consistently sells more than it buys. Luckily we've got Bill, so we can pretend that a negative net spend over 14 years hasn't occurred.
