I wouldn't sell him for Shaw money personally. He's got the potential to be one of the best modern centre backs in the world, in my opinion.

There are maybe 5 clubs that could afford him and they can pay less for more experience. John Stones is a keystone of Everton's present and future.

I wouldn't sell Stones for any money at this point. For one thing - it would send out completely the wrong message, just as we are turning the corner with both Baines and Coleman committing themselves to the club. Stones has obvious massive potential and you can see already he's going to be a massive player for us.

Doubt we would even consider selling him either.
