He's had an absolute disaster of a season. Think he's got bags of talent but seems to have been left to his own devices as a defender, and in all honesty has had a free pass from the management when he makes mistakes.

Doubt he'll be here next season but I'm not really arsed about any of them anymore.

Like all our players he needs a fresh start. A new regime next season will hopefully feel like a transfer for all of them and then they can get their heads down and start performing.
We need to get rid of quite a number of players , Stones is not one of them.

I don't know why anyone wants us to sell our best players. Ross, Rom, Stones are young talented highly coveted players who have been woefully managed are are bang out of fitness and form as a result. These types of players cannot be replaced easily and certainly not for the money you'd get for them. It's inevitable one or two of them will go but if I was Moshy I'd be doing everything in my power to keep them here.

We wouldn't have had a chance to replace him until January. Considering how thin we are at central defender, I think there's a solid chance we'd be down in the fight with Norwich and Sunderland and Newcastle if we'd sold Stones. Don't forget how good he was over the first few months of the season.
