And whack someone with it.Needs to take the lead out of his boots.
Tell him to watch some footage of labone heading a ball and controling is part of the pitchFirst time I watched Stones play was in pre season couple years ago. Might have been against Tranmere or Celta Vigo (very similar!) He made a howler of a mistake. The kind he keeps making recently.
He needs a real quality coach to iron that out of him and fulfill his potential. But he needs a proper system to play in where players know exactly where they should be. Not this clown football.

Sam Allardyce throws his hat in for the Everton job:
SUNDERLAND boss Sam Allardyce wants to sign John Stones - and teach him how to defend!
Everton’s England international defender hasn’t had the best season of his fledgling career, but that matters not to Allardyce.
The Sunderland manager - himself a former centre-half - told Chronicle Live: “I’d like to sign Stones, him alongside (Lamine) Kone would be a good combination”
“I’d teach him how to defend,
“It would be a simple job for me. That’s my area of expertise in many ways.
“I can coach in all departments, especially team play but when it comes to defending, you name it, I’ll tell you about it.”
It remains to be seen whether Allardyce follows up his interest with a formal bid.
