City pay over the odds for players, they have to, the amount we can get for Stones from them is scary, I can see him going for the kind of money you would have to be clueless to turn down and more then enough to replace both him and Jags.

Nah to be fair there is someone on Blue moon (their forum) who seems to accurately give out their info every summer, to the extent you think he must be extremely senior. If they get that Laporte (sp) and Abumeyang the poster is 3 from 3 this summer already

Haven't Laporte and Auba been generically linked with City and everyone else all season though? Seems hard to be ITK at a team whose targets are always world stars.

Think people are going too far end of the far digging for leads mate
What a difference a year makes.
Last summer we were all very worried he would leave.
Now, while few of us want him to leave, even fewer will worry too much about it.
I would like to see him stay though to see if he can be improved under Ronald.
And I would sooner John stayed than Lukaku.

Sell him, he will be a very good player in the future but it will take years.If he doesn't want to stay and learn from Koeman let him go and we replace with a solid CB.I don't want anyone at the new Everton that doesn't want to be here, same with Rom too.None of them are bigger than the club.

Makes no sense at all to agree a pre-torunament deal. If he plays like a God he adds another £10m. If he doesn't get much he's still a big money player. Just needs a brilliant player next to him and a top goalkeeper behind
Yeh I mean anything happening now will be his agent and the other clubs as I'm pretty sure Hodgson said none of the players are allowed to do any club business when with England. His agent might just be hunting for pennies.

I agree entirely. However I dont like the phrase "rightful place as number 1".... It's the kind if thing the other lot say. I'm uncomfortable with it. It's a sport and, in a season, we hope that were good enough to be the best.
Nobody is rightfully number 1. Earn it.
