He needs to read the game a bit better a lot of the time he's reacting rather than anticipating, throwing himself to block the ball or lunging in.
Before anyone says look at the management and the rest of the team he is playing in a mid to upper table Prem team with international players not with some Neanderthals in a Sunday pub league.
