I dont think hes being greedy, from what ive read hes basically giving the club away, the issue seems to be the 600m in debts and the business being ran like a brothel with no hookers.

5% of 600million is 30million a year, 500k a week in interest payments and that assumes we even got 5%. which seems VERY unlikely.

The TFG loan is a fair bit lower than 5%, unfortunately we have 200m+ at an interest rate you wouldn't believe from 777, and it sure as hell isn't even close to 5%, think more among the lines of a payday loan interest mate and you'd be closer.

There's a reason even with wages now controlled, income rising from commercial deals, much greater income from sales than we spent out, and on top of that a big tranche of the TV revenue and season ticket money, we are still haemorrhaging to such a degree that by november we will need to have another source of revenue coming in, be that a new owner or a new loan.

Trust me a simple 30m in loan interest repayments would actually not be that big of a deal in real terms. We are way way over that figure.

I havent. I havent cited Tottenhams figures which is what you would know if you read the actual article. Also you would have known not to make your foolish comments earlier if you had read it before spouting off the first time.
