John Textor

Thankfully our owner is a force multiplier and we have people like you and the Esk who obsess daily about his every move.

Why doesn't she follow you back?

Textor will sell his shares to an American company before the end of the month?

To be fair, he is. There's no way we would have been able to accrue this debt and these losses, at this scale, without him.

You're boring 😴

You do look sleepy.

Not saying he will or he won't, I've no clue, but given his Palace holding has been used as security for the high interest loans he used to purchase Lyon, what is he going to use to replace that security?

My thoughts were he'd either need it to be us, but he can't buy us until he's sold Palace OR he's intending on paying down that debt through this IPO. I'm not sure that works either as he'd need a large portion of that capital raise to fund his Everton purchase. Unless he has other outside investors willing to join him?

Are Textors shares in Palace worth as much a what we owe Freidkin and 777?
This is the sticking point for Textor isn`t it? The only offers according to Matt Slater for his shares is the current shareholders who will only pay what he paid for them c£85m-£100m but he values them at 45% of what he feels the club is worth c£500m.

You`d have to say Matt appears to be correct given the lack of movement.

So the answer is no, he is looking for 1/2 of what we owe 777/Friedkin but in reality he will get a quarter of that.

He will sell his shares this month but won't buy Everton in the end.

If he doesn`t buy Everton it is irrelevant to us if he sells them or not.

What is clear is that his multi club group is failing financially and just like 777 he is looking for distressed clubs to leverage more debt whilst moving the clubs in to the volatile world of stocks and shares.
