According to that article Harris and Blitzer did but didn’t hit the number. If they reach a compromise though things could proceed fairly quickly, especially as all parties have been through the OADT test already.

But Chong said last week that we've got no issues now financing the last part of the stadium ourselves?

It would be refinancing using the stadium, not financing to build the stadium. So to repay some existing debt and provide cash flow.

Unless he has a deal in place already waiting on reaching an agreement with us.

If he sons his palace shares before reaching that then the way Moshiri is he could end up with nothing in the premier league.

Makes sense to arrange the same of the palace shares but dependant on getting the agreement to buy Everton in place first.

Kinda like being in a housing market chain.
