The Esk did not like this on his latest TTB. Reckons Textor plans to list his multi club portfolio on the NYSE and Palace dont have the PL draw of Everton. Considering they have finished higher than us the last few years, not sure that stacks.
He also claims Textor has significant debts himself to fund his existing club investments and at similar interest rates to ours.

I don't know if you know anything about this process guys, but what's the point of giving exclusivity to someone who isn't even in a position to buy? That halts other bids. Seems like madness to me.
