He's one of our biggest selling assets from a FFP perspective.

The fact Schalke are not short of money and he seems well liked there should mean we get a good few bob for him.

If we can get around £15 million for him we'll have done good business.
Sell DCL too by you ironic logic sell good players and keep the deadwood.....
That's what's happening on the logic on this thread .....

I dont get this sell him business, it was commonly thought he had reached the point to play week in week out in a decent league to test himself. He has gone to a foreign land and been a success. He is a local lad that lives and breathes Everton the type we need. Saves us a purchase which is always a risk he if he isnt first pick you know he will be giving his all to be so. I would love to see some decent reviews of him each week surely there is a Schalke supporter we can encourage to the thread mods?

It's been widely reported that any asking price for Kenny will be outside their reach

We have to be patient, and give him a try. I don't know exactly how he has done this year, but if it's better than last year, then it's worth having him. We are not at the position where we can spend on full backs like Man City do, and we are not lucky at the moment to strike gold like TAA and Andy Robertson, so need to prioritise spending money on CB, CM and 1-2 attackers while also getting rid of around 5 players. Saying thank you to Sidibe - it has been decent and good effort by him - and welcoming back Kenny to compete properly with Seamus is perfect and doesn't cost anything.

I have watched him play 2 halfs of football and he didnt cross the halfway line once in 90minutes.

Meanwhile Sidney is creating goals on a weekly basis.

Sell JJK, buy Sidney is the smart move here.
