Seamus will be our primary RB for another decade, thenupon he will move to coaching Everton youth teams. Gurnalot will remain Seamus' number 2 until that time, whenupon he will be the number 2 to a new RB. And when Gurnalot retires, he will move to assisting Seamus with coaching Everton youth teams.

TLDR: Gurnalot is going nowhere.
